Torraspapel Malmenayde continues to expand, and they have recently moved into their new warehouse in Elancourt. This modern logistics facility, with a capacity of around 14,000 m2, offers customers an ever more efficient service.
The new 14,000 m2 building houses 10,000 tonnes of stock. Designed by SEGRO, a European property company specializing in real estate for urban distribution, business and logistics, it meets the environmental requirements of the urban community and has been awarded the BiodiverCity and BREEAM labels.
The building is equipped with solar panels and features numerous planted areas, with over 100 trees and 3,200 shrubs. A rainwater recovery and sprinkler system is also in place, and the street-side facade is pixelated, offering a mirrored view of the trees.
The TPM warehouse thus acquires a new environmental and aesthetic dimension in accordance with current standards.
